Like the environment but now camelia min 1.6mil😢 sa cakap 1.4mil untuk bumi saje, is it true or jz bcos price increase?that's why now im very struggling vs. 1.1mil Mori. Sebab size beza 300sf only. Any advice from ur side? Macam 500k bayar for community more

1.6mil still within my budget but when I see house size different not much( that time dun realise both in different zone, staffs seems focus promote mori only, and i like mori high celling la).scare pay ~500k more for arond 300sf sakit hati later haha. Heard mori can go in club house too as long as paying membership. But true that i hang around those ready unit at North side quite high density, also camelia rebte% higher than mori. South still abit mystery as still got some empty phase
@@leg7925 The extra 500k not only buy the extra 300sf, and also the community and neighbourhood. Ofcus Camellia neighbourhood will be more atas abit than Mori. (This one really depend whether u think worth or not to buy the community).
But Mori Pines @ Northern Residence area is more closer to Commercial zone and central park, this will be the extra points for Mori. U can walk to the park and commercial area. (While Camellia required u to drive out from Wetland Estates.)
