Hi, Nice shots of ride, enjoyed it! I have the same bike and like it but found my initial charger output was only 54.4 volts. Should be 58.8 or close. My second charger, from Tuttio, was fine (58.7v). Changed character of the bike completely. Have seen 42mph (38+ anytime you want it), doubled the range, and shows 5 bars after charging. I am sure the battery life will be improved. You rightly note the rapid acceleration. After the initial 'lag' , believe built into programing for safety, the bike really picks up. Don't think many commercial bikes can match it. People who are not impressed with the bikes power have not ridden it and are just looking at top speed (also restricted, gearing or programming). The bike can get there in a hurry. (New buyers check your charger voltage if you are not getting these results.) To adjust the rear suspension you need a special high pressure pump around $35 to let out, add pressure under control. Bike ships with pressure for 350lbs load, meaning no travel for lighter riders. The tires the bike comes with are amazingly good all around tires. I found the handling on pavement, and dirt very good and I believe the wheel size has a lot to do with that. On snow, good so far (early in winter), superior to my mountain bike. But the tires do slip on ice. As the wheel size is fairly new you can't get studded snow tires ( at least I couldn't find any), had to make my own. I hope the size becomes popular (it should), and I can get commercial studded tire AND dedicated road tires for more efficiency, quieter ride and maybe even better cornering though stock tires are good there. I like the bike but will be able to tell at end of winter how it handles snowy, icy and sloppy ice salt water commute.
