Honestly I do believe that Mere wakes up with positive thoughts and actually does all these things, but the posing and smiling just makes this all seem so fake... it is supposed to be a morning routine and no one wakes up with a bright smile on their face and goes to a markert to pose with flowers. I love watching morning routines but I wish youtubers would them vlog style when they are actually waking up so we get a REAL look into their day.

Wow okay, I see so many people complaining about this video for two reasons. The first reason is group 1 who says they feel upset after watching this video because their morning isn't like this. But.. why would a UA-camr who's supposed to be inspirational post a video up of her lounging around in her pjs till noon & not getting anything done? The point of this video is to inspire you to make changes, not feel bad about yourself. It's totally okay if you don't have a super productive- positive- morning every single day.. we're humans and so is Meredith. This is simply an example of what an ideal morning is to her. Now the second group are the ones complaining about her positivity, or how she's changed. I mean...if someone is changing & becoming more positive because of that change, then what's the problem? I don't think she made this video to prove herself to anyone, or convince people that she's this perfect person... i think she just wants to be someone who advocates positivity so that if someone from group 1 (the person that feels bad about this video because their morning isn't like this) can gain inspiration from it. Take these videos with a grain of salt people. UA-camrs aren't trying to be perfect, they just want to inspire their viewers. (Rant over)
For all the negative comments on this video, she is a UA-camr, this is her job, her income. She worked hard on this video ( yes maybe overly produced) if it was plain and basic everyone would complain about about that..... let's support her and not tear her down, she is human too!!! ❤❤❤

I can say that after a year and 5 months of working on my self and mind my morning routine is similar to this, except the fact that I don't make up at all and that my house is a mess hahaha.. and of course this is just on good days, but we all have some days of being tired, lazy, messy.. what people try to put in a morning routine is of course something good.. nobody wants to see a depressed morning routine.. or do you? I don't get how almost everyone in the comment section thinks this is fake. I've had a couple of weeks now, where I've focused on getting healthier and taking better care of my body, and I've done that with eating healthy brekkies (right now, my fav berry, vegan yoghurt and orange juice smoothie with banana as sweetener), walk everyday, do some yoga excersises now and then AND bullet journaling. In just a couple of weeks, it has changed my life so much to the better, and I feel like dancing all around all the time now, just as Mere does in this video. Just because you don't have the healthiest lifestyle doesn't mean someone else CAN'T.

Wow there's a lot of negative comments on here. You all are saying she's fake and how she's not herself anymore and how you hope she finds herself and such. Well here's the thing. Maybe she has found herself? She seema more confident than how she used to be and she seems happier. She doesn't seem fake or anything she really just seems happy if anything. Nobody wakes up smiling but she did that to give the video more of positive vibe. We are roll out of bed looking like hotmess she did this to have more interesting vibe to it.. she's still the same Meredith she still acts like her she still does amazing videos she doesn't half ass her videos. This video did not seem artificial for me, though. As for people saying things like eating healthy food for breakfast everyday is weird and fake, what's wrong with you? I mean, in my country we all eat pretty much the same super healthy stuff everyday for breakfast( it's lunches when we cheat sometimes). So i don't think this video was fake. it was positive, energeric and inspiring!
