If it isn't them it's Pac and Biggie which are most often considered the GOAT. There can only be one so it's understandable why they compare, but it all boils down to personal preference. To me big pun was the sickest in word play, Tupac in poetry or over rap art form and Biggie in possibly story telling mixed with lyricism.

It's more disrespectful to call Biggie better than pac when Pac's music was clearly better, not more lyrical. Pac also gave him the best battle rap ever which he had no response to.
