That's a great idea. Funding for independent laboratories, which can report results to Dr. Greer's knowledge-distribution network. The laboratories could also contribute to Dr. Greer's own laboratory (which he is still seeking funding for, I think. And it will apparently be livestreamed 24/7 so everyone can watch live progress, that's pretty cool).
I thought the CE5 phone-app had a feature to connect people. Do you have that app? If so, does that kind of feature exist within it? (I don't have the app, so I don't know the answers.)

However, his films, research, investigations, conferences, presentations, and interviews do require payments to other people for their time and labor. So I believe his content has a price tag to pay for that (to at least break even, probably).
I think he wants all of his content to be free. But he doesn't know how long this fight will last, so he needs the funding to sustain fighting. Perhaps when the fighting is nearing an end, he can remove the price tags. Already we can view his older movies on UA-cam for free (Sirius, Unacknowledged, The Lost Century, etc). Furthermore, he has stated that if he is "unexpectedly removed from this world" (please no), there is a "trigger mechanism" that will release all of his content and highly-confidential redacted information to the public (in several locations so that it cannot be stopped). Therefore, in the worst case-scenario, his content will apparently be available to us.
