Chris was having a bit of extra fun with that "wooooowwwwww" on Peniel's part. He and Peniel have been friends since Chris was a prepubescent 13-year-old first walking into the JYP dorm, fresh off the plane from Australia. He had an immediate connection with Peniel, a fellow native-English-speaking foreigner (Peniel's from Chicago), and 18-year-old Peniel was one of the first hyungs to basically adopt fetus Chris. (He was also one of the first hyungs to have to leave Chris behind, a pattern that eventually happened so much that it left dangerous scars on trainee Chris. But that's for another day.)

Kingdom was the best show ever. So many iconic legendary performances. Stray Kids performed BtoB song I'll Be Your Man. This was the 2nd stage performance where the 6 groups had to pick which group song they wanted to perform. Ateez when the previous round so they picked first and they picked ikon, so iKon did an Ateez song, and SF9 swapped songs with The Boyz. The most viewed performance of Kingdom Legendary War 2021 was Stray Kids remix of Black Ping song Duh du du du with Gods Menu in a dead pool theme. This is the highest viewed video of both seasons of Kingdom. The first season of kingdom was 2020 Road to Kingdom where The Boys, Oneus, Pentagon, Verivery, T01, and Golden Child battled and the difference in the first season they were actually eliminated. Season 2 Kingdom Legendary War they didn't have eliminations. The Boyz one S1 and returned in S2 to try and keep their crowns. To me they are all kings still. Every performance was amazing from every group. I hate someone had to win but I was happy Stray Kids one S2 since they are my first love of k-pop. I hope you check out the entire seasons because they are all so good and getting to see the reactions of the other groups and even the collaboration stages was some of my favorite. In KLW S2, Stray Kids, Ateez and BtoB did 3 collaboration performances one for rap(created new song), one for vocals (the best performance of Kingdom legendary war), and one for dance. They named their group MayFly, The Boys, iKon, and SF9 named their group It's One. In the final episode every group had to create a new song and release it part of the winner of that round was the most views got that rounds points. Then in the 10 episode they had to do a performance of the new song. Kingdom are all must see performances. Hope you watch the entire performances. see ya on the next video.
All of the groups absolutely killed it on Kingdom! You should react to Stray Kids covering BtoB’s song on Kingdom (I’ll be your Man). There’s also three performances that Skz, BtoB, and Ateez did together on the show. I recommend all of them, but especially the Vocal group (they did a cover of Love Poem).
Do all of BTOB, SKZ and Ateez performances on kingdom, they do not disappoint! Especially the performances where those 3 groups performed together as the Mayfly team (three unit performances with members from all three teams, a rap unit, a dance unit and a vocal unit). Edit: speaking of amazing different versions of Stray Kids songs their live end of year performances at award shows are always epic! They re-arrange their songs and you never know what kind of genre they are gonna come out with! Just check out their MAMA performances, especially their ‘cheese’+’hey monster’+’Thunderous’ hero version or their Christmas version of ‘Thunderous’!
I was going to say the same thing. All the performances on Kingdom:LW were quite good, but the stand-outs for me were always ATZ, SKZ, and BTOB... and all of those are so worth seeing over and over again.

She loves music, but is definitely not into the same kind of stuff I am (I'm in my early 40s, as reference, lol)... she agreed that it was beautiful. Honestly, despite how much I love other performances from that show, "Love Poem" will probably always be my favorite one specifically because of how simple and heartfelt it is.

Its One: Rap performance (Although Mayfly's rap performance won, I think because it was technically and creatively better, I still like the sheer heart that went into Its One's creation and performance.) BTOB: Blue Moon (This is the cinema version from their Killing Voice. It was a restructuring of their song that many Melodies requested they do on the show.
