Diesel Heater Failed on the road and

- The diesel heater breaks during our first night of half term. We don't let it stop us. After stripping it down and diagnosing the fault we order one for next day delivery to an Amazon drop box and head off for the day.
We Visit Skipton, East Riddlesden Hall, Chevin Forest.

Behave lol. Woolfie is your home away from home. He's allowed to be untidy at times lol. I had the E-10 error on Viv's new heater. I made the mistake of wiring the heater to the fuse box and a few groups said always wire direct to the battery or it can cause proiblems.Once I connected it to the battery it ran beautifully. Poor Maximus when you called him fish face lol. Proper melted my heart it did. great scenery on your walk though. Sadly my knees wouldnt take it 😥 Hopefully you sorted the heater by next video. He is a Van with 3 people in - he is untidy more than tidy 🤣 The diesel heater has run fine to be fair. The Glowplug just failed - I did read about wiring and was of the understanding that they recommend direct to the battery as most older 12v systems are not geared for the 10 - 12 amp draw at ignition. We have a 50 amp feed to the fuse board so it shouldn't make a difference. I will do a bit more reading though on the back of what you suggest.

Lovely walk there Graham. Love them rocks and the view. Pity didn't have time to put your name there too. I had a few errors on my diesel heater. Needed a new board. Then other errors. All it was the fan needed tapping on abit as it weren't connecting the magnetics as it spins. Been alright since. Nice to see Maximus again. That little lake. With building would of been nice to explore...

Get what you pay for
It was only the glow plug, other than that the heater has been perfect. Unfortunate but could happen to any glow plug in any heater. The one thing I don't like about the Max speeding rods heater is I can't fine tune it. Would like to have the idle speed put out a little less heat.
