Please governor soludo can you tell me why Nigeria,both state and federal is awarding road construction to constractors instead of investing in few concrete paving machines and few concrete mixing trucks?Especially a state that need to build so much roads,it makes economic sense to invest in these equipments.The cost of building just one road is enough to buy all these equipments that can build all the roads in a state that would last more than 50 years before the equipments breaksdown.Secondly,because Nigerian leaders live in the society,they dont seems to see the awful state of Nigerian cities.Nigeria today is probably the dirtiest country in the world.Nigerian governors should please take a look at what kenya is doing,kigali uganda,benin republic,burkina faso and other in areas of urban renewal and development.None of these countries is as dirty as Nigerian cities.A developed,clean and beautiful cities and state should be the bed rock of any meaningful progress.Thank you.
