I think you have the pulley half of the pump 180 degrees out of phase with the back half of the pump. When it was apart on the workbench immediately after removing the fasteners that hold it together, the internal passages on each pump half were not aligned. Additionally, when those internal passage ports are aligned, there is a deliberate wide casting ridge near one corner on the outside of each pump half that also lines up (adjacent to the input port on the pump). The rotation arrow on the pulley half of the case will be aligned with the output port of the pump.
Great content, which saves a fortune on a new or refurbished pump. Constructive feedback. The video was too long. 14 minutes could easily have been less than 10. But a great video.
