Sabito is to Giyuu what Rengoku is to Tanjiro. When Tanjiro says “Sabito would be Giyuu’s age now” - they show Sabito older and from behind, he is wearing a white haori, Rengoku had a mostly white haori, and his hair is long and spiky, and even a similar color to Rengoku’s. This shot is 100% intended to make him look like Rengoku from that angle. Go watch it again. This show does not get enough credit for little things like this, that seemingly few people notice. Sabito is Giyuu’s Rengoku

Also: Giyuu says “Sabito had a strong sense of justice”. Which is exactly what Tanjiro says about Rengoku upon meeting him on the train

I’d also like to say, bcuz idk where else to say it. Giyuu and Sabito give Urokodaki rice balls to eat, so he lifts his mask to eat them, then they lean back on the log they’re sitting on so they can try and get a glimpse of his face. Am I the only person in the world who realized this?
