I have respect for everyone who's completed this because it might look easy over the internet but in the sun with that much stamina and strength necessary, that's an accomplishment.
Doesn't look easy to me at all.
Most of them are untrained
As a kid this looks easy only because this is something I like doing also when younger you have more energy and if you’re like me you have a very competitive nature so that’s even more drive! The only thing that looks hard it the bag carry over the hill since idk it’s weight.
All of them are unfit

I’ve been training CrossFit for 3 months now if I had the money and time I’d wish I could come out there and try the course for fun just to see where I’m at physically
I think 20 burpess is too harsh of a punishment, maybe should be 10.
I want to see pro obstacle runners do this head to head. Be very exciting.

I don't know why this came up on my autoplay, but I'm glad it did. I live in New Zealand, pretty much all hills, very little flat land, with rescue horses. During lockdown, I've changed how I look at my chores. I make them a little more challenging now, since watching your videos. Everyday I'm adding another challenge to my chores. Instead of cheating and using them quad bike to help me feed out, I'm now literally running up the hills with a bale of hay in one arm, and a bucket in the other. Up and down, then running sideways up and down. I love my home, but chores were there to be done, but now, they're exciting..... Even though my body hates me for it lol.
