I love fine plays so freaking much, I can't get bored watching them. That final triple play was simply magnificent.
That Russell Martin play at 1:31 is one of the best I've ever seen. Proof that catchers are the best athletes on a team
Well you get my thanks for making a baseball compilation without music. Makes them infinitely better when you've got just the natural crowd noise and commentary - that's so much of the charm of sports after all.

I'm a Mariners fan and I'm pretty sure I'll die before they win a World Series. It doesn't matter. Having watched and loved baseball all my life, it's no longer about wanting a winner. It's about the beauty of this game and these incredibly talented players plying their trade. Great vid!

The real top plays are the scoops and stretches all the first basemen make.
Well while you guys are scooping (which is amazing by the way) we have to work it off by making our diving plays and such

Oaky, granted: All these plays are great displays of athleticism. However, EVER TIME the first basemen bails out the ss or the 2b EVEN THE RIGHT FEILDER, all the announcers say the name of the person who made the throw. I mean, Come ON! Without the 1B picking the balls out of the dirt, there is no great play. Just saying: There is an equal amount of skill if not more that goes into making those picks. So all you SS and 2B: YOURE WELCOME

I was surprised that they didn't show the Andrew McCutchen catch against the wall vs the Mets at PNC Park. I also was surprised they didn't show the other 2 triple plays.????but great video😃

Tulos throw in the beginning was disgusting what a cannon
I hope this video makes people appreciate all that first baseman do for the infield. Most of these throws are shit, and the first baseman have to go nuts to the ground or dig out out of the dirt on one or occasionally two hops. Most of these wouldn't be outs if it wasn't for them.
This is why they are called professionals
Tulo is the best fielder in baseball, no doubt about it
the rockies left infield has more defensive highlights than they do hits allowed

Can I just offer a word for the First Base players who complete so many of these by digging throws out of the dirt? Without them, half of these plays would have been great stops but not outs.

I'm a royals fan. If any white sox fans are out there. The fight that we had. Eaton started it. Last year are team went to the world series and we haven't went there in 29 years. Since then we where always so happy after every good play that we do. We don't try to start fights, the fights are the opposing team. There was lawrie that slid right into our short stop and there was eaton that hit one back to our pitcher Ventura. Started a fight because of that. Plz comment below so I can respond back
