    I started using tapping on my sisters recommendation. Feeling sick on my stomach all day, every day. I have a lot of health issues as well. Did a first EFT with Nick and learnt how to Tapp. I found your morning meditation and feel way better. I don’t know why I resisted my sisters efforts to help me start Tapping years ago. Thanks Jessica.

    I really appreciate how descriptive you were in this meditation as to when to tap where. Being blind, it’s hard for me to kno hen to tap where. And while I know there’s no magical order, I also like to keep up with the person, so I’m glad I was able to do this.

    All I’ve got to express is a huge THANK YOU. Each time I tap my “stuff” out, it makes a BIG DIFFERENCE in my day. I have the app and totally appreciate all the options from finding the Specail something that I need to release.     I had a difficult year last year, I was introduced to tapping. It helps me so much! I begin my day with a short tapping session each day. It has helped me to heal.❤

    Thank you! Without realizing I put massive amounts of "get it done" stress on myself each morning when I wake. I accomplish very little. I tap for other things but this is the first time I have added tap to my morning routine of prayer, meditation etc. I love your script and you give plenty of time to repeat. I will return each day and give you a result in the future. Again thank you.

    I can't start the day without doing this beautiful tapping meditation first!. it makes me feel so calm and centered and at peace!..the music and video alone are both so spiritual and calming!     Thank you so much for this guided meditation! I have been practicing meditation for approx 5 years and I can safely say that tapping through this meditation has had the most positive experience I've had so far...just amazing :)

    Yes I have this on my phone. And it always helps . You just feel nice and calm. No matter the situation. I use it in the afternoon also. When stress and anxiety builds up

    yawned my way through this but it was relaxing, i've been in so much nerve pain lately it was overbearng but this is helping me along with other meditations to get through the pain and manage it better. little bit since yesterday and I found some reliefe, so thank you.

    Thank you Jessica for helping me to go through my day. I have noticed that every time I start tapping, I start yawning. Do you think I am resisting to create new patterns? It is kind annoying. This behavior started a week ago.

      yawning is a good sign!
      it means tapping works, so enjoy it :)

    Is it ok that I felt like throwing up afterward? I figure it was a way of my body trying to get rid of the negative by dry heaving.

      It's definitely possible that it's the moving of energy, but also make sure you're keeping well-hydrated as you're tapping. This should relieve that quite a bit. :)

    I’m a bit confused why this meditation focuses so much on the negative, it doesn’t feel good to me to say all that stuff about myself. The title made me think it was a nice meditation to start the day, have I missed something?

      It's important to start with clearing any negative so you can bring in the positive. :)
