I really appreciate how descriptive you were in this meditation as to when to tap where. Being blind, it’s hard for me to kno hen to tap where. And while I know there’s no magical order, I also like to keep up with the person, so I’m glad I was able to do this.

I had a difficult year last year, I was introduced to tapping. It helps me so much! I begin my day with a short tapping session each day. It has helped me to heal.❤
Thank you! Without realizing I put massive amounts of "get it done" stress on myself each morning when I wake. I accomplish very little. I tap for other things but this is the first time I have added tap to my morning routine of prayer, meditation etc. I love your script and you give plenty of time to repeat. I will return each day and give you a result in the future. Again thank you.
I can't start the day without doing this beautiful tapping meditation first!. it makes me feel so calm and centered and at peace!..the music and video alone are both so spiritual and calming! yawned my way through this but it was relaxing, i've been in so much nerve pain lately it was overbearng but this is helping me along with other meditations to get through the pain and manage it better. little bit since yesterday and I found some reliefe, so thank you.
Thank you Jessica for helping me to go through my day. I have noticed that every time I start tapping, I start yawning. Do you think I am resisting to create new patterns? It is kind annoying. This behavior started a week ago.
It's definitely possible that it's the moving of energy, but also make sure you're keeping well-hydrated as you're tapping. This should relieve that quite a bit. :)
I’m a bit confused why this meditation focuses so much on the negative, it doesn’t feel good to me to say all that stuff about myself. The title made me think it was a nice meditation to start the day, have I missed something?

It's important to start with clearing any negative so you can bring in the positive. :)
