You always show us the best views. I never can buy this but so nice to see how it looks. You shows us Bangkok on the higher level that no other youtuber can show us. Thank you!
Nice condo. Funny that you referred to the view on the “ green lung”. The northern side of Sukhumvit ( Thong Lor, On Nut) had many professional greeneries for veggies , flowers and fruit in the past. I do remember a large extended family working there 7/7 exclusively for the Dusit Thani. ( plants for the gardens) Land prices increased too much so this rural activity at the outskirts of Bangkok had to make way for urbanisation. Prices? I do remember that a 3 bedroom condo around On Nut costed 40-60,000/ month when 1 liter of petrol costed 12 baht, just as a plate of khaow pad. The same condo’s went for 25-30,000 at Rama 9. But Pathum Wan north of Lumphini/ Witthayu street was top notch location. Main competition was from Sathorn south. But I think - as a total non professional- that Pathum Wan has won the game. With Watthana as an extension. Btw who wants to live in Bang Rak? Phaya Thai has great potential still. Good connections as well
You know your stuff Wouter. I just passed the One Bangkok construction site. I think that will change ghe dinamics regarding South Sathorn and Witthayu.
I've been exploring the neighborhood around my hotel. Traffic can block my progress down street. Tomorrow i start navigating the trains, skytrain, bts, etc.
Nice place for watching the thunderstorms cross Bangkok but this is for the rich. I think most people wouldn't pay more than 200K for a condo in Bangkok and for Thailand 100K is closer to the mark. If I lived in Thailand I would want something more reasonable.
Nothing like a high rise condo for awesome views…..super nice place!!
Thanks Jeroen for showing nice properties in BKK. A true Gem of a Condo. 👍👍

I love that you show how to transport to the location. This makes us can visualize how our dailylives are gonna be.

When your showing the unit please say the compass direction we are looking. This addresses the issue of sun and heat and sunset and sun rise. Thanks
