I'm from Argentina and I CRIED because of this performance like what, she's so stunning. And I agree, Katy did emprove her vocal skills trough years. I listen to her since she came out. Love your videos ❤️

You do realize that “Firework” is Katy’s song, right? This song is from 2010, so pretty much since the beginning of her professional singing career. A lot of her songs are actually hard to sing because of the key. So, my point is, she’s always had a good voice. But I can say that her live performances have improved, but that’s expected, given the experience and vocal training improvements.

As a vocal coach you need to check out Angelina Jordan. In my (and many) opinion she is the best talent today! You will be amazed by her vocal control. She has been called a prodigy by many. She grew up singing Jazz and you can hear that influence in her voice. If you are not amazed by her I'll qui watching You Tube, that's how confident I (and millions of others) am. And be prepared for many new subscribers.

Correct me if I’m wrong but I feel like Katy is slightly sliding into the target note in her staccatos for “Awe! Awe! Awe!” Almost like a discreet-quick springboard to slide into it more confidently.
