Gilding flakes are great. Rub it across some double side tape or a very sticky surface to trim or decorate with the color flakes you have. They can be messy so keep the air circulation down because they are fluffy light. They can be used in a few different ways. Check UA-cam for examples. Good luck

I got this one years ago from Ebay, but the best place to look is probably Amazon or Hobbycraft, I hope that helps 🥰 xx

I'm afraid Hobbycraft does not sell that kind of paper rack. I watched a youtube video on making a paper holder using the KLLAX unit.
