FYI, if you have the front parking sensors, the top external zip tie will not be possible to secure, (or extremely difficult to pull from behind the sensor.

Does this car has a center radiator or is just a black plastic mimic a radiator in the centre?

Some 991.1 GTS have a third radiator in the center.

3:10 why not cut out a channel out of the grill so that it fits over that tab?

Good comment! We try to keep a seamless, OEM look. Cutting a notch would be slightly visible.
