Is the socket provided at the front of Havella OFR of any use?

Ppl complain that it doesn’t warm the room, can you confirm if it js really effective and worth buying ?
Also if the electrify bill is way too high like AC?

Hi, it controls the temperature of the room and keep it nice and warm but doesn’t heat as regular heaters. Also it is healthier as other regular heaters burn the oxygen in the room. Electricity bills are bit higher but much lesser than AC
