Keeper as had a nightmare on both goals
Not just the keeper! Two very poorly defended goals first goal May had 2 defenders on him and he gets away from them and scores 2nd goal watch the build up the attacker has far to much space! PUP

WHAT A GAME. not a win unfortunately but a game full of exiting moments and great atmosphere. We didn’t play to bad but we need someone to replace Reagan Poole as there’s a good chance we won’t see him for the rest of the season. As long as there is a good replacement found and we keep the momentum going we should be fine over the international break. PUP💙
Credit to Charlton, more than played their part in what was a great game to watch. Disappointed not to win, but a point isn't the end of the world. In Mousinho's words, we probably nicked a win we didn't deserve last time out at home against Carlisle. This time, we probably deserved it but couldn't hold on or get the third goal to see them off. Still in a great position to push on. Keep it up lads!
Quality watching kamaras strike from the fratton end but Norris has had an absolute mare today 🙄

We looked really good going forward apart from lack of ruthlessness especially from Bishop, but defensively we were awful for the goals, very worried about Regan being out for the season and no idea wtf Norris was doing for the goals
Norris, you get unreal composure, great playing out and sets the team up from early but doesn’t give the Bazunu game winners when needed

Norris doesn't deserve all the hate. Had a poor game yes, but so did Bishop in terms of finishing & Gavin Whyte has to score his header (not shown here). He's been a good enough keeper so far this season so we must go again. 💙🤍
Don't think Norris is totally at fault I think our full backs have a lot to answer for! Never tight enough May got through 2 for the first goal and the 2nd goal the attacker had far to much space
Let's clear a few things up.
Their keeper had a blinder when it came to saves but was comical with his kicking. Another day we win that 3-1 and see the game to bed.
Last goal isnt offside. Rafferty on far left of screen is a yard behind everyone. Poor defending regardless from the unit not tracking AND a REALLY bad goalkeeping reaction (most days Norris has done us good!)
Charlton's first was abysmal communication down the side, Shouldn't let May get through, take a professional foul or bodycheck before he starts to run! 😂.
Whyte needs to step up with his tracking, shooting or anything as the only decent winger we have at the moment is Paddy, who's growing by the game (Kamara isn't a winger and it's a wasted position playing him there)
Transfer window obviously need a CB. Proper winger who scores goals or a second striker/winger who can chip in 10 goals.
Goalkeeper is spot on and back him all the way. So enough of that nonsense calling him out 🤫🙄

Probably our best performance at home all season. Did more than enough to win. Extremes from theirs and our keepers. Even worse news to here Poole will be out for the rest of the season.
We really shouldn't be conceding those two goals, but of course it happens against Charlton, ultimate bogey team. Looks like we played well, which is a good sign in Poole's absence. We have a good run of games coming up, so let's make the most of it!
Frustrating we took the lead twice but couldn't hold on, still this result is an improvement on previous seasons and at least Charlton didn't win at Fratton Park like they always do. Also wishing a great recovery to Poole once again, PUP. 🔹️🔷️🔵💙

Incredibly unhappy with Norris with how he behaved going down ‘injured’ twice minutes before the equaliser and riling the Charlton players and fans up.
He brought that on himself and then made the mistake to look like a right numpty.
Will Norris 🙈. We go again in 2 weeks. Great goal from Kamara. Raggett had a very good game. Robertson is something else. Should have put the game to bed but their keeper had a great game. 2 week break and let’s beat Blackpool. PUP🔵⚪️🔵⚪️
Norris had a stinker
Not fair blaming Norris entirely yes he had a stinker but think of the points he's won for pompey. All round not good enough at both ends to finish the job but we go again.
Think all this blame aimed at Norris is diverting the fact that Bishop should have scored 4!! dont understand why Yengi is not been given a chance

Two goalkeeping mistakes cost us the game
A good performance but poor finishing and poor goalkeeping cost us 2 points. John Mousinho as a former defender, has the mindset of making the team sit back when we're in front as well, which obviously invites pressure. He needs a more experienced assistant to try and get out of this habit, because it will cost us promotion. Keep on the attack! And much more finishing practice is needed because this team is too wasteful. That includes Bishop. This will also cost us promotion.
Norris would have to pick the Charlton match to have a game to forget. Bishop is sorely lacking the killer instinct of a good striker. The chances he misses because he telegraphs what he's doing to the opponents is so poor. What was he doing trying to control the ball in front of an open goal? Sidefoot it in with your left peg first time. He needs to learn selling the dummy and sidestepping a committed defender instead of just whacking the ball against a player and hoping for the best.
We need a new keeper!! You can't be letting those in from there. How have we not won this game. We need better creativity and goals from a number 10. Robertson doesn't offer enough for me. We need to invest in wingers and a number 10 in Jan.
