  • He once weighed 27 stone, after admitting to bingeing on curry dinners, chocolate bars, fizzy drinks and ice cream. But in just a few years, everything has changed for TOWIE star, James Argent. After undergoing gastric sleeve surgery in 2021, Arg has lost an incredible 13 stone and feels more confident than ever after having a tummy tuck. He’s joining us to share his incredible transformation story, how happy he is with his 19-year-old girlfriend Stella, and revealing his plans for 2023.

    He's going to get back on the gear. Seen it way too many times. He's going to get his confidence back, get all cocky and think he can get on the gear and control it and he's going to spiral out of control only this time it'll be too late

      Seen it before too and Seen it enough times to recognise when someone actually is truly getting clean. He seems to have maintained things for a few years now and actually got a focus with the new live singing career. You got to presume he’s likely dropped the negative influences, changed his social circles and maybe probably had a change in management. He is likely now on a long term program to maintain what he’s doing like AA, 12 steps, mindfulness, personal training, therapy, counselling, ect… the treatment plan becomes the long term lifestyle change.
      Have hope for him. He might realise being a positive influence is a an actual sustainable high. He can be addicted to some purpose in life.
