Why does he always go the move speed rune and never ultimate hunter? I guess for better roams but you get more value out of the low ult CD no?
in the high level in general, the game resolves around influencing botlane all the time, if you kill, support dive their or your botline it usually has the most impact, so the quicker you can make it down there the better
just to gap close for r1.
