A trick I do when I’m feeling hungry but want to rid the hunger pains, I make a cup of hot tea. The warm usually settles my stomach temporarily instead of eating a large meal. This is especially helpful before bed when I crave a late night salty or sweet snack, I will enjoy a nice warm tea instead.

I would love to see your progress while doing a Chloe Ting 2 week or 30 day shred. The people who complete them seem to have a lot of results: she has a UA-cam channel with all of the workout videos and her website has the entire video training challenge schedule for free.

You can try Omad- one meal a day. It works very well and eating lots of food that keeps you full for longer. Like drinking lemon water, coffee, vegetables etc.
