Might be a big with the atomsplit that the ferocity multiplied with the double hit instead of just the first hit so 400 ferocity gives 8 hits, not 4
Swavy your fb test was not fair whatsoever. Remember that you don't use full fb but rather use warden helm with it

Also ats doesn't matter with shortbows in dungeons, the cap is 67 anyway
And speed also doesn't really matter except for f7, at that point just use another set :P
