For this expedition, Mike Horn takes M. Pokora to Sri Lanka; one of the most beautiful countries in the world but also one of the most hostile. It is in a remote region of the Ratnapura district, in the southwest of the island, that Mike Horn and M. Pokora traveled 50 km on foot in a stifling jungle. This crossing is equivalent to a distance of 200 km on a flat surface… And the two adventurers had to endure crushing heat of around thirty degrees and a humidity level close to 100% throughout their journey.

In this extremely physical journey, Mike Horn and M. Pokora will face the green hell of the jungle, rappel down steep and slippery walls of a hundred meters, jump from a waterfall of nearly 20 meters, build a makeshift raft to cross a 2 km lake, install hammocks in the trees to spend the night more than 10 meters high so as not to be in the path of elephants or try to avoid the leeches present by the hundreds in the slightest watering hole... At the end of the world and in the heart of a wild and preserved jungle, the humid air, the smell of vegetation swollen with sap and the cries of animals remind us that any human presence is exceptional. In this hostile environment where the landscapes are breathtaking, M. Pokora will live a unique and emotional experience.
