I was there as a young Airman (off duty) with my parents, it rained and was cold but the 78 fete was one of the best. Great memories

My Dad was a Customs Officer at RAF Mildenhall from 1975 to 80. Did every airshow both days. The 75 show was at Lakenheath due to Mildenhall's runway being relayed. I was 8/9 in 75 and mad on aircraft. Heaven. The Vulcan and Lightning were always show stoppers. Sea Fury always a favorite. Happy Days.
