- I do not own any of the copyrights to this song, I just posted this song so people can enjoy the work of this legend who seems to be sadly unheard outside the classical guitarists' circle and fans of the instrument but anyway I hope you all enjoy this and please go out and buy his CD's and you will not regret it, everything this man plays is simply magic!
Is it just me, or is Roland Dyens the master of resolving dissonance into the most incredible harmonies? What a true genius.
Ditto Daniel. Please see my post above....

Can't believe I'm only discovering this music now...sadly, after his passing...
Ya I was devastated when he passed
I used to listen to this everyday before repairing computers. Its been 2 years, and its still magical. Close your eyes and listen. . . I am transported to another world. This piece makes the world slow down for a while. Pure magic.
Check it out !!..... I wrote my post BEFORE reading yours ! ! ! Scouts' honor....M

:)
I put this on just now in a Stabux in Los Angeles, closed my eyes and became caught somewhere between the Holodeck, "A Day In the Life, "The Planets", and "I Love Lucy",..all written by and performed by Apollo (AKA Roland Dyens), and on his best guitar from in the heavens above...! Boy do I love this man, a Libra to boot !! Roland Dyens may very well be the greatest living guitarist (with 'composer' thrown in for [pun] good measure ) .....He really brightens our world with his magic .....

What can I say his whole approach to arranging and composing was truly masterful RIP Roland you will be remembered!!!
Incredible piece of music. It transports you to a strange and wonderful universe... Totally original!
This is pure magic! Thank you for posting!
Le plus grand. Le plus beau morceau, suprenant et magique, émouvant.
Très belle composition avec des dissonances harmoniques à foison. Tout un monde inconnu où l'on rentre religieusement et en silence.
Thank you for putting up Dyens music! As far as I am concerned, he is one of the greats of our time, and this album is one of my favorites.
Ryan Walsh Guitar indeed. He has a large hand in getting me into jazz. A genius on strings, in the truest sense of the word.
The most beautiful piece what I have ever heard!
A master who will be missed.
So beautiful 👏🏼
Amazing piece of music. Amazing performance!
Thank you for posting! It's my first time to hear the master's work. I love his works! I will buy his CD's very soon!
HLeo Hdez Yes, you're right. And then, I heard his performance in HK last month!
Without a doubt one of the most progressive pieces to be conceived on a classical guitar.
Capolavoro.
Excellent 💯
Masterpiece ❤

Inspiring masterpiece for solo guitar ..
Sensacional!!
Hermosa! sin duda mi himno :D
As a huge fan of Maurice Joseph Ravel, I love his music so much.
Ah, if he could compose more pieces...
Menuda pasada de tema e interpretación!
Bella pagina
You're most welcome
I wonder if Micheal Hedges ever played this piece. He would have felt right at home.
You're most welcome, cheers.
This song reminds me a lot of Death's song Voice of the Soul. maybe Chuck Schuldiner was inspired by Roland Dyens
Superbe
ADDENDA : I bring up astrology ("Libra") due to title of piece... And there IS something to it...M
Mark Harris what does Libra have to do with anything? It’s Song Capricorn
Songe means dream not song so technically is Capricorn Dream
UTUBE JUST IN TIME BY JOHN BAVAS
