The government is a problem because the land we are not buying the land from the farmers. That’s a big problem in Ethiopia. Even in Encanto, you can buy better house better furniture better big garden. Maybe you can get a garden only 1000 curry. I’m living in London house like this is more cheaper.

Why buying property in Ethiopia is so expensive 30 million birr is almost £500,000 pound. With this amount of money you can buy 3 bed room house in London. Rent it back £2000-£3000 a month.
The interior of the apartment is in a significantly poor condition, necessitating extensive repairs and renovations, including the removal of the roof, repainting, replacement of tiles, and furniture. Consequently, it appears that the owner is primarily selling the property based on its location, rather than the current state of the interior. Furthermore, the asking price of 30 million, which approximately translates to 300,000 USD, may be considered unreasonably high when considering the purchasing power in regions such as Dubai or Morocco. It is my opinion that the market price of this apartment is not commensurate with its condition, and any prospective buyer would need to carefully evaluate their decision if opting to proceed with the acquisition.

I really dont understand why homes/apartments are ridiculously priced in ET. Interior design is always on the low end, finishing is somewhat disappointing, outside areas (noise) is not something to be excited about. I have yet to see a home/apartment that has a wow factor as far as the interior goes… for most of us Diasporas, the price is just laughable cause we see remarkable interior designs in America and owners of these homes in ET wanna charge arm and a leg for something that still needs work. They really need to do better!

@@dinktv_ 15-20 mil is a fair price for this apartment because the interior design is really not that great. There’s still so much work that needs to be done. Its just a plain apartment now. Its only the location and the view thats great but even that Im afraid its a bit loud since the location is a busy loud area.

But, the truth of the matter is property in a very poor country, owning and living in a condo , unreliable amenities, volatile political climate and dealing with a noisy neighborhood will never warrant even one-tenth of the asking price. I couldn't agree more with some of the comments here. Coming from a design background, I can confidently say that the interior has a mediocre to bad look to it. No luxury feels at all for the amount of price they are asking whatsoever. And I also want to mention that the layout and placement of the furniture on the living space is awkward at most with poor color pallet and material quality. It just feels very cheap. oh and don't even get me started about the tremendously disappointing interior finishing. And in my opinion the location is not that much to be excited for. Megenagna comes with a lot of problems of it's own let alone the amount of noise and air pollution from all the cars you have to withstand by making your home there. I can't stand the place man.I rather personally buy a land and put together my own development than waste this amount of money on an undeserving property. It is very annoying when people do so little and ask so much for it. Damn!!! I feel very sorry for the future buyer of this property.

I’m trying to comprehend the appeal of this suite, seemingly perfect for a bachelor or a couple, yet paradoxically designed like a family home. It’s essentially a compact kitchen and living room apartment (ideal for bachelors), yet surprisingly accommodates four bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, a feature typically sought after by larger families with children. The suite’s higher elevation, while offering potentially stunning views, unfortunately also exposes it to elevated noise and air pollution levels, especially when the windows are opened, not to mention the poorly designed interior. I’m intrigued to understand the unique selling points that reconcile these contrasting aspects.
It has always been a dream to see something like MTV cribs from back in the day, to get that kind of concept here in ethiopia is awsome des yelal guys betam. as this being said the house is mid and i don't think it's worth 30 mil.

Mind you to give it the definition of 'loft', meticulous material selection and interior design is very mandatory. Especially the stair establishment ,it looks like access to the Attic space.
