They've had little to no communication with us customers. No explanation, no timeline to when we can access our money, no nothing. I thought credit unions were supposed to be better than banks.
I got email updates practically every day.
Financial institutions worked fine with nothing but pens and pencils.

To be effected this long means only one thing. Patelco got caught defrauding its customers and now are PAYING OFF THE RANSOMWARE ATTACK.
So nice to get some good news.
Ha😂😂😂 there is a list of things you can do on site most of which includes giving them money so they can make money. Doesn’t allow you to get to your money so you don’t lose your money. 😂😅😅
