In Kyo's defense, if he had chosen to not use the golden pipe and rolled a 6 like he did in 2:50 he would have both missed the star by 1 space and landed on the event space that would move Toadette to the other island. With that in mind, I'd say that playing it safe and choosing to use the golden pipe to get a star in turn 8 instead of on turn 9 was a good idea (at least in hindsight). Good job Kyo :D
Unfortunately even if something did move the star the golden pipe would gurentee it, heck even allow him to potentially steal it from someone else it went near to so there was 0 reason to gold pipe other than flush 25 coins down and a star down the drain. In the absolute ironic least he would have beat Enna for third place in the end 😂
The best part of seeing early channels before they get big, is that I would have a higher chance seeing helpful comments like this thread. Both comments pointing out the outcome even if he did land it, or didn't land it
