the movie “Raising the Bar” Kelly was a gymnast in the past, she talks about it in the beginning of the movie which is why she was most likely able to do lvl 10 bars! her and her mom moved to australia and she had to leave her old gym and she finally returned in the part you guys was watching :) all three of these are good movies !! 🥰
The saddest moments are when jess and Kelly go into the bathroom and make each other cry and when the mom comes in and says gel? Honey what's wrong and then she says it wasn't a good idea

Full out was based on true story and the coach for UCLA in the movies assistant was the girl who the movie was based off of

In raising the bar the main character Kelli is actually Kelli burglend and did gymnastics for a long time in real life so she is actually doing the stunts

In full out there are 3 Olympian’s that are in it and the real Ariana Berlin and her coach are in it so it’s going to be a realistic movie

MY FAVOURITE GYMNASTICS MOVIE
In Australia it's common to go to training and notwear a leotard only.
I love these movies so much especially raise the bar
I haven't seen any of these movies, but Stick It and Perfect Body are my favorite gymnastics type movies.
With a seconds chance, I think it was filmed in Australia by their accents. I live in Australia and you can wear sports bras to gymnastics training. In an Australian gym it’s more common to see girls wearing sports bras than leotards. In my gym we wear sports bras in summer and leotards in winter. Hope this helped!
In Australia, we usually only wear a crop top and shorts to training bc of the weather (I think that's the reason).
I've watched all of these but my favourite was raising the bar bc gymnasts from my old gym club was in it and I was in the crowd :)

I think in Full Out the coach said that Ariana wouldn’t compete cause she had been in that car accident and she was hurt...
The reason Why kelly did easy Gymnastick skills in the film raising the bar was beacuse she try to teach the girl That was on the trampoline it.
Hey cheernastics2, the movie A Second Chance and Raise The Bar are based in Australia and here in Australia wearing a leotard is optional but people normally wear compression shorts and sport tank tops, or sports training clothing. Love u guys 😻😻😻

Countries like Brazil and Russia don’t train in leos. Also, the full-out film is based on a TRUE story. The real gymnast is actually in the film. She does all the tricks too.

There’s a gymnastics show called my perfect landing and I think it’s pretty good. It’s about a girl who isn’t suppoused to be doing over a certain level so she doesn’t get hurt, but she secretly trains without her mom knowing.

One inconsistency with full out is that in the beginning when she imagines her bar routine her dismount is a double lay but when she actually does the routine she does a double tucked not layed out I’ve seen all of these and this is pretty much the only inconsistency in full out.

I saw raising the bar and I also watched another cheer movie and I screamed because the same actor was in both of them (and lowkey the plot in both movies was the same but one is cheer and one is gymnastics) still fun and entertaining to watch tho

The girl that had the long straight hair, look at 9:43 for her. The girl who looks like that is the REAL LIFE version of the girl who did the routine, the main character.

Raising the bar if you seen the whole movie in the beginning it shows how she was a gold medal gymnast
I think you should watch "raising the bar" completely because the girl that did the backwalkover then did a level 10 routine, she was a gymnast back in the Us and was already that level then she moved to Australia and was teaching the girl simple skills like the backwalk over and leaps etc etc

In the first clip, she was getting a spot on a standing tuck which is a lot harder. Plus it was most likely a drill for setting.
