The "issue" was , there was a disconnect . Skylar was made to feel like he was more than just a camera man. Like a cool homie. But the moment he displayed some sort of emotion or opinion that wasn't necessarily agreed upon while doing his job.. it wasn't a big deal but it was still taken some kind of way. Now I do agree with just giving Daymo the opportunity if Skylar just didn't want to go certain areas and Daymo had to go in his place. Daymo who's trying to find his footing on UA-cam, could use that opportunity. So overall I don't see anything wrong with it letting Skylar go. But as far as the stuff in Dubai... The "issue" was , there was a disconnect .
Skylar was made to feel like he was more than just a camera man. Like a cool homie.
But the moment he displayed some sort of emotion or opinion that wasn't necessarily agreed upon while doing his job.. it wasn't a big deal but it was still taken some kind of way.
Now I do agree with just giving Daymo the opportunity if Skylar just didn't want to go certain areas and Daymo had to go in his place.

So overall I don't see anything wrong with it letting Skylar go.

I think the lines between work and friendship became blurry for Skylar, based on Dub narrative of the situation ... Dub main priority was his channel and when he saw that Skylar wasn't up to par to what dub wanted from Skylar , it was all she wrote... I think that dub should've sat down with Skylar and giving him a chance to fix the issues that dub had with Skylar in terms of commitment to the job , and Skylar should've realize that at the end of the day this was job and the main focus and the friendship they had was secondary ... at the end of the day both parties had fault in how they approached the situations and lets hope they both learn from it ...
