Food looks delicious! Ps. I think the fried rice guy got more on the floor than to the customer. Going unnecessarily fast to try and impress us won't work when you're sloppy.
Relax, you don’t know if he was trying extra hard to impress the camera. He probably doesn’t do it that way all the time. Just be cheerful and don’t criticize people you don’t know…

那個粉腸我還以為是牛筋！我以前到臺灣玩的時候时候還沒有見過！另外還叫粿條？
那是位於大甲區的粉腸老店"阿媽ㄟ粉腸"，是用豬腸包裹地瓜粉漿與豬肉丁，再用煎香腸的油脂來半煎炸，沾上辣醬與蒜蓉醬，那Q彈軟嫩的滋味令人難忘呢！
腸子裡面塞東西的有很多名子（填充物根據地方不同），有的是地方話發音，真正的粉腸應該是指裡面還有食糜的小腸。

广东说的粉肠是另外一种东西，我在广东的时候也好喜欢吃粉肠，后来才知道，它是猪牛的某个部位，哈哈哈哈
腸粉是豬小腸裡灌蕃薯粉跟豬肉末 然後用油煎的脆脆的 淋上蒜蓉醬 相當好吃
