Don't confuse the matter through wordings because to avoid the legal complications of beneficiaries, the bank disburse the amount to nominee. Matter of beneficiaries of that amount is decided by the legal authorities in the case of other legal heirs whosoever. Bank is not supposed to find all legal heirs.
