Capilano River high water level

We went for a jolly jaunt along the Capilano River, B.C. after days and days of rain. The water levels were much higher than summer levels.

How much cfs (cubic feet per second) was there? I was there on November 7th 2015 and the cfs was 9000 and it was flowing over the hatchery viewing area.
