Texas probably wins, BUT Clemsons Oline is grossly underrated. They gave up 2-sack combined vs UGA and SC and those were on blitzes. Klubnik is rarely pressured.
The problem is Mafah is playing with 1 healthy shoulder and the running game has not been effective. That allows Texas’s edge rushers and linebackers to tee off on the Klubnik. Klubnik has some wheels, but he’s going to be playing hero ball on Saturday.
Texas' 2024 schedule: COSt, Michigan, UTSA, LA-Monroe, MSSt, OK, UGA, Vandy, Florida, Arkansas, Kentucky, A&M.... other than UGA twice, who have they played? Their entire SEC schedule were teams at the bottom of the conference. Not saying Clemson had a tough schedule, but let's not pretend Texas did either. The SEC bias is unwarranted with them... also, what kind of out of conference schedule is that anyway? At least Clemson played UGA and SC
Texas whooped Vandy that last score was BS go watch the tape the play before we returned if for a pick 6 that got called back they should have been up 14
Clemson hasn't had a marquee victory? Who is Texas beat, they've only played three ranked teams the entire season and at this current standing their 1-2... this will be only the third team that Texas has played the entire season that's ranked, I think Clemson is going to come in and give it a hard-fought battle because they have nothing to lose and they know that, all the pressure in this game is on Texas
@frankiegarcia4929 if that's the case then Texas should have no problem beating Clemson right, I mean the game shouldn't even be closed if the ACC is all complete garbage, I don't even want to see Texas struggle for 1 second against Clemson considering that you think Clemson is one of the worst colleges in college football because they're in the ACC
HELLO ESPN. The best way to fix the playoff dilemma going forward: Go from a 12 team format to a 16 team format. This eliminates byes. The power 4 conferences get 2 autobids each. The conference champ and the runner up. The winners of the conference championship games get a top 8 seeding and first round home game. The rest of the seeding is determined by ranking. Conferences entries are not determined by committee, but by conference standings using said conferences tiebreaker rules. The 3rd and 4th seeds of the power 4 conferences have play in games. Example is BIG10 3rd seed plays BIG12 4th seed and the BIG10 4th seed plays the BIG12 3rd seed/ SEC 3rd seed plays the ACC 4th seed and ACC 3rd seed plays SEC 4th seed. Games are played on a neutral field on championship Saturday. The remaining 4 bids are given as at large bids determined by ranking. This guarantees the power 4 conferences up to 4 bids if you win the play in games before at large bids are handed out.
The Texas bias is so pathetic, their defensive numbers are completely overrated because look at the schedule of who they've played they played the bottom tier of all the SEC teams the only played two teams the entire season that had a winning record, and I don't want to hear anything about their defense because both times Georgia has shredded them and Georgia had one of the most inconsistent offenses the entire season and don't even get me started about Quinn Ewers... you said Texas will have to help them a lot to keep Clemson in the game I guarantee you this guy throws at least one interception that cost them points
@HTHAMMACK1 of course I've watched Clemson this year, my Georgia Bulldogs defeated them by 31 points in the season opener, they've been up and down the entire season but they look like they finally got an offensive identity toward the end of the season, do I think they have a shot to beat texas, no but I'm telling you right now I have no faith that Texas will play a clean game in this game and I think Texas will help them stay in the game.. I think this will be a much closer game than a lot of people believe.. my point was all that they talk about is that Clemson hasn't played anyone but to be completely honest Texas's scheduled all season has been a joke as well.. if they had to go on the road and play the schedule that Georgia had Texas would have four losses easy...
Exactly correct. The SEC and ESPN have propped up Texas all year. They love having McConaughey on game day - for both losses to UGA btw - so Clemson should hope he’s there lol. Texas was handed the easiest SEC schedule. Compare it to what they handed Oklahoma. Ewers is likely to throw a pick. Clemson has been better of late. Klubnick needs to play great. I expect a good game.
Ohio State won't come close to dominating Tennessee because they never dominate any SEC team they ever play actually I would be surprised if they won because most of the time anytime they play an SEC team they get embarrassed
OSU is 1-13 against the SEC in post season play. Ryan Day is 1-3. The only thing they have above Tennessee is the home field but that not may not even be too big of an advantage based on where the ticket sales are coming from according to ticket master.
@@ericcarvelli9773 idk if they’ll fire him, they may give him another year. I don’t think they have anyone lined up and it would just set them back further
@tylorarcher8439 I completely disagree Ohio state is still one of the Premier colleges in college football and I guarantee you if that become open you would have some quality candidates lined up and I don't think Ohio State fans are willing to wait one more season just to watch him lose to Michigan again

Very grossly underrated. If Clemson was healthier at running back the OL would look much better. Mafa been hurt all year

Vandy who beat bama?
