I don’t know why, maybe it’s the full moon, but can I just say how much I truly appreciate this channel, been watching for years, always something fun or interesting to learn and he keeps getting better and more original instead of boring or depressingly trendy. Much love for this channel
I’m starting college in a week (HND photography) at the tender age of 38 to really seriously pursue my photography. I currently use an RB and I’m really excited that the college studio has a digital medium format setup. These shots for i and me look great. Such a great brand. Digital or film, these are just cool shots.
the GF45 is great for a wider options and I'm doing my 6x7 negative scans with that gfx100s + gf45 + 18mm macro ring. worth experimenting to see what you get if you can be bothered. with that combo end up with around 8300 x 6700 as you need to crop just a little due to the minimum focus distance but it's an option if you don't want to spring for the macro lens. also an adapted macro from a 645 is also an option.
Thanks for putting in the time and effort. It's hard constantly keeping things fresh and keeping your viewers happy. And finding that sweet spot between a mere file name and annoying clickbait is really hard.
It’s really strange feeling to be called "The veteran of a channel" for sticking around from bw film video, and a whole deferent channel were you just tried cool foods… But none the less, I really enjoying every bit that comes out of your passion, George! Thank you.
Just do whatever you want George, I always enjoy your videos like everytime, through tons of changes, from kinda lo-fi type of music till videos that full of 'peace'. Stay safe 🤞🍀
could you talk about some of your bedroom accessories? like those incense in the background, the table, your plants, etc. I know that isn't photo related tho... Great vid as always.
For titles, think of SEO, not in like an overbearing way but just for guidance. For example, this video could be: "Trying a fisheye lens, picking the right studio, digital medium format insights, and exciting projects I'm working on" etc.
@@NegativeFeedback if you give it a go it’d be great to see, I only ever use my Fuji x camera to scan film which does the trick, a bit fiddly with extension tubes but well worth it for raw files

George why not use the gfx to scan your 6x7 negatives?
ur videos just keeps on getting better and better. nice hair too, love it
Not sure about resolving power but the Rokkor 58mm 1.2 would do wonders on the GFX
@NegativeFeedback 3:21 Why don't you get a macro tube for the GFX and scan your negatives with it?

hello, ive been designing eyepieces for the RZ67, and would love your feedback preproduction model before i launch the kickstarter

You should try using mount adapters for your gfx. You can adapt a lot of MF glass to it.
None of the lenses I own though sadly, I do have a mamiya 645 adaptor for it, but I need to get my hands on the 80 1.9
really spooked as i took a bite of my banh mi watching this
banh mi boys
Is the mullet coming back?
It's been back for a minute
Have you tried scanning your medium format film or even 35mm with the Fuji?
I haven't, but I have no doubt that it would be really great. I've never actually done any scanning with a digital camera
@@NegativeFeedback if you give it a go it’d be great to see, I only ever use my Fuji x camera to scan film which does the trick, a bit fiddly with extension tubes but well worth it for raw files

hey m8 where's that last shirt from?
That pool table?!?

I’m an OG viewer by your own standards 🥰

only a couple of times, never enough to fully decide if i like it
Hey George, hope you are enjoying city life! What’s your favorite part of being back in London?
There's always something fun to do, the food and not worrying about if i'm going to miss the last train home

do you really really really need medium format digital? maybe just try full frame? as you say 100 mega pixels is overkill 99.9% of the time
this dude said portra 800 is expensive , then shoots with a fujifilm x100s hahahah
£14 for a roll that shoots 10 photos, no thanks
