That platform is a joke. I worked for them for 3 months. I started at $19.33 and the reduced at 17.50 next month $15.00 and just one driver for shift. It means you gotta deliver all and tips are very garbage. You drive a lot, not option to decline, and money is poor. Ridiculously company.
Meanwhile goPuff doesn't do anything to prevent , while gopuff lets thier associates at the gopuff site to take bribes by thier partner delivery drivers to take the good orders and higher tipped orders from other drivers. So the driving doing the bribing makes all the money, while the driver who didn't pay bribes will be left with no orders, orders being skipped, orders with no tips.
I love what he said about being transparent. But his company can’t show a driver what their tips are going to be in the offer screen before the driver does the work. The driver just has to chance it and hopes they make decent money for the work that they are about to do. That’s not transparent at all.
That aplication is amassing faster and detailed everything clear.

I use gopuff for beer
what is he saying there at 0:37? "U-neck" economics?
He is referring to "Unit" economics of the business. So per order what are the cost and revenue drivers, which in theory should scale proportionally.
