I don't think it's a good idea for BJ to sue Michaels mom. It was her decades of sacrifice, not BJ's, that helped make that estate possible. Besides, the estate has professional executors to oversee all financial matters and he's not one of them. His actions towards Mrs. Jackson could cause bad feelings within the family.
