I have read that the SG800 bypass tray will fit and work with the older Ricoh 7100 is this correct?

Yes, the SG 800 is a refitted and adjusted 7100, so the waste tank and the bypass tray for the 7100 will fit.

I switched computers and it printed from the by pass first time I checked it, and now it won't show the bypass tray on my set up.

You might need to unplug your printer for 10-15 seconds and then plug it in and power your printer back up. If that does not work, please contact our technical support at [e-mail].
