Hi po. Thank you po sa panonood. Mga 20 to 30mins lang po. Maliliit po ang hiwa kaya mabilis naman din pong lumambot. Pero check nyo din po ung prepared nyo na pagkalambot po sa karne.
May pagkasour din po sya. though may pait naman din po ng onti pero lasang papaitan pa din naman po. Like ko din po kasi maasim kaya ok lang po sa akin ang lasa.
Hi Mia. For the tripe i boiled for an hr. and then added the meat. since the meat is too thin, so i don't boiled it for very long. You can check if the tripe and meat is done by checking and tasting their tenderness. do not overcooked as it will become to mushy. You can cut the meat and tripe prior to boiling, or you can also boil it before cutting.
