    I normally test out my tracks before posting them on UA-cam to see if there are any little tweaks I need to make. Well this one took me on quite a journey... I kept sinking down and inwards until I emerged in another reality… I've never experienced anything quite like it!!
    This track uses a more advanced yoga nidra technique, called psychic alternate nostril breathing. You can really start to feel currents of energy through the body as you do it. If you're not familiar with this breathwork technique, you may want to check out the video guide (link in the description ).
    I'm pretty chuffed with this one - I'd love to know how you get on if you do try it ✨

      Hi Roselie, I've been quietly doing your meditations and really can feel the inner tingling and as if something is trying to pull out of my body. But now when I start falling asleep, I get the sudden sensation of doing a really fast backward gambol, or a sudden feeling I'm shooting backwards from the top of my head. It makes me jump. Maybe when I do manage to project, it will be like naught to 90 in seconds 😮😅

    Hi Rosalie! Your content has been truly life changing. I was wondering, when I astral project can I travel to different realities? For example be apart of my favorite show and live in that reality to experience it for a bit. like reality shifting? Interested to hear your thoughts!❤

    Super excited to do this at my son's nap time!! 🙌🏼 Thank you! I have yet to project but I've been seeing lots of lights! I was wondering what it looks like when you astral project. Is it blurry or darker or does it look like waking life or when you dream? I think I might be hindering myself because I find myself wondering if I'm doing it many times because of what I see. Thanks again and I appreciate you and your work and if you have time to answer my question that's awesome. If not no worries

      for me it feels much more profound than a dream and you can actually feel the warmth of other beings for me anyway once a guy was holding my hand and when i came back into my body I could still feel the warmth of his hand.

    @RosalieYoga Please help. (I haven’t OBE completely yet) I just tried this nostril technique 😮 I’m surprised with all the swinging energy I felt, and yes I felt I was feeling going down very relaxed. Once your voice left the meditation I started target technique and later I heard noises and my vibration begun to lift ! I know I was OBE but close to my body but I don’t know what I should do with my breath, it’s distracting! What can I do? 🙏

      Once you start feeling the vibrations you are most likely just above your body. What works for is I do a roll out of the bed, once you are out move atleast 3 meter away from your body. Then you move by just intending to go wherever you wish. If you are new to this I suggest first go to other parts of your house like the kitchen. Once I reach the vibration stage I don't focus on my breathing.
