Oh FGS, they may as well have brought any one of us random viewers on instead of this “behaviour analyst”.
Sheriff stepped back so he could have a better shot and minimise the possibility of the judge grabbing the gun. r.
Judge held his arms out to protect himself. That lady is just making up stuff.
I couldn’t stop laughing and rolling my eyes throughout the whole time the lady was speaking.

I don’t know. This doesn’t really look, to me, like the body language of a man who is out of control emotionally. The Sheriff is acting in a purposeful manner. He’s headed out the door, sees the Judge down on the floor, still moving, then takes a third and final shot to finish him off. This was an execution. How awful the Judge’s family had to see this.

@@Nurse_Kathy According to the statements from some of those that were with them at the lunch restaurant earlier, they said the judge said/asked if there is something they should talk about in his office, they didn't mention that the sheriff said anything specific there. So there was likely some issue with these two and the sheriff then appear to have been able to keep his composure in front of the others. But of course if the judge was aware of the issue he might have noticed more subtle signs of stress, anger or whatever.

We're just going to have to wait til more info comes out, but the rumor going around about the sheriff's wife and kids trying to leave him with the judge's help kinda fits with the way they're both acting in the video, and with the sheriff's 'they're trying to kidnap my family' statement. It is a fascinating case.

But it all started when someone in the courthouse learned of the inappropriate exchange between Fields and Hill and had text messages between the two regarding the allegations. Fields grandmother was paying the phone bill for him and after heard the rumors that were going around she went and got a printout from the cellular company. On December 12, 2021, 82-year-old Lois Jean Rogers Trent was found murdered in her home. Two days after her husband died suspiciously. Patricia Deatherage's mother filed a complaint that her deceased daughters home was being burglarized but nothing was stolen. That someone kept breaking in looking for something. Deatherages mother, Angela Roberts, 59, was found executed on the side of the road March 8, 2024. Angela Robert's was Lois's niece. The deputy involved Ben Fields was her Grandson and Patricia's cousin. So either Fields is the murderer or the sheriff is. Or Judge Mullins was the one at the courthouse who found out about the messages after Fields grandmother told him about the situation, Mullins then put up a camera in his office to get proof of Fields doing it.

The judge flenches and tries to escape but to no avail-he's trapped like a wounded animal, shot, with nowhere to go and no chance of escape. He tries to make cover but sadly, he can only instinctively raise his hands to shield his head and face from the wrath of his "friend". Something that hasn't come up in the news is that there was a serial killer on the loose the last 3 years. A few women who had been in the supervised released program started turning up dead. Some executed with a bullet to the back of the head. Some "overdoses" that were suspicious.
The sheriff also was the only person trained to use their drug sniffing dog so he was involved in nearly all of the drug arrests that happened. One of women accusers who died was threatened by all the county officers. And her boyfriend was pulled over 4 times after he said he filed a complaint which the sheriff said no complaints had ever been made against him or any of his deputy's. Very suspicious.
Looks like the sheriff started killing off witnesses once the lawsuit was filed in 2022 after the town was hit by a flood.

I disagree with your body language lady, yes, when someone goes back it does mean a attack is likely BUT I don’t think it has anything to do with “psychological distancing”, It has to do with the sheriff understand’s guns, some people assume if you are about to kill something or someone the closer the better but that’s simply NOT true, being too close can cause your shot to be off, being too close could mean a struggle, the sheriff in my opinion moves back to get a safer, better shot. Also, at first the judge doesn’t seem too worried like maybe he thought the sheriff was seriously upset, but I don’t believe at the very beginning that the judge thinks the sheriff is Really going to shoot him right there in his chambers, it isn’t until the sheriff locks his arms and takes his shot stance that the judge realizes this might really happen.

VINNIE, I worked there and can answer you a few questions! Yes Judge Mullins had a button under his desk, that he could had pushed!!! The black backpack is the judge's, he brought it everyday with HIS LAPTOP in it which was sitting right in front of him! He had paperwork in it from people going to jail over night and Kristie Williams worked with him to set peoples bonds & upcoming court hearings. Im NOT SURE whose brown backpack that is.... His desk was normally messy like that & he was a chain smoker & excessive coffee drinker, he loved it! His demeanor was cool, calm & peaceful all the time! I never seen him get mad or yell at anyone! I could only read a little bit of his lips and he said, in the beginning "C'mon Mickey," then I'm not sure if he said don't do it or stop or what the video goes so fast. I do want to mention this... KSP says they were there 1st but that's NOT TRUE.... Walley Kincer is a sheriff's court officer & he stays with the judge at all times! He was there 1st, getting all the people out of the courtroom because they were in the middle of having court, but took a break. Then Whitesburg City Police arrive on scene next, then KSP... so why wouldn't they, WCP, secure the scene? Do you see what I'm saying??? On the stand, the KSP LEAD INVESTIGATOR said they were 1st on scene. Also, I want to say... they were ALL REALLY TIGHT with Mullins. They'd come & hang out & what not Sit , smoke n drink coffee with him if they smoked n talk ... I'm pretty sure Mullins did have protection*** he just couldn't get it maybe!!!??? That part's just my opinion but everything else is the real, truth! Why didn't they read him his rights, interrogate him or talk to him about a lawyer??? They did all that wrong!!!! Thank you

Once a suspect ask for a lawyer you aren't allowed to interview them without their lawyer present.
And...One of the 3 women on the lawsuit, overdosed January 17, 2023, and her name was Jennifer L. Hill. Patricia Deatherage, 40 another complainant was found executed on July 31, 2023. Or Judge Mullins was the one at the courthouse who found out about the messages after Fields grandmother told him about the situation, Mullins then put up a camera in his office to get proof of Fields doing it.

Once that power gets taken away, he immediately tries to desecration deescalate. We need the whole video and a lip reader, and we could find out EXACTLY what the judge is saying.
