I don’t know. This doesn’t really look, to me, like the body language of a man who is out of control emotionally. The Sheriff is acting in a purposeful manner. He’s headed out the door, sees the Judge down on the floor, still moving, then takes a third and final shot to finish him off. This was an execution. How awful the Judge’s family had to see this.
@@Nurse_Kathy He's dissociated, like his profession trained him to be. You don't have to be a raving lunatic to be out of your mind. Just like anger some people show it, some don't.
@@Nurse_Kathy According to the statements from some of those that were with them at the lunch restaurant earlier, they said the judge said/asked if there is something they should talk about in his office, they didn't mention that the sheriff said anything specific there. So there was likely some issue with these two and the sheriff then appear to have been able to keep his composure in front of the others. But of course if the judge was aware of the issue he might have noticed more subtle signs of stress, anger or whatever.

My advice: If you're ever shot and are still alive, don't panic and don't move, your only salvation is in staying motionless. The shooter may give up and leave. If the judge didn't try to get away, he could have survived.. maybe.

@Switzermale that could certainly benefit a good number of situations, especially so this judge on acct of how compact his quarters seem to be, but also I wouldn’t say it’s a sweeping statement that cover most cases like obvi it just depends sometimes in the situation..

The sheriff had no right to take another human life, no matter what happened, he made himself the judge and executioner, he murdered a man, he needs to go to prison.

That Judge was certainly not on high alert or alarmed enough to even get out of his seat... He was still seated when shot - that tells me that the gravity of the situation was not elevated enough for him to be concerned. The sheriff is cold blooded imo.

I kind of think the judge had a little bit of power in that situation just looking at the body language. I don't think he would ever have expected what happened. Imo
What that showed me is that that judge didn't think the man would shoot. I don't believe this is the first time they've had words and I believe the judge had something over on the man he was done with playing alter he called his daughter on the judges phone.
A family member posted that the sheriff was abusive and his wife was leaving him and seeking help....sheriff found out that this judge was working on helping the wife and daughter. Sheriff snapped when he found out the judge spoke to the daughter about the abuse....... This sounds very plausible from a controlling man that is about to lose his family!!
Extremely tacky for this lady to talk about this like she's giving a critique of the judge's self defense. I already don't much care for her analysis but this one's a new low. We're just going to have to wait til more info comes out, but the rumor going around about the sheriff's wife and kids trying to leave him with the judge's help kinda fits with the way they're both acting in the video, and with the sheriff's 'they're trying to kidnap my family' statement. It is a fascinating case.
He stepped back so the judge was out of reach and could not grab the gun. If that were to happen, the judge could potentially push the firearm or get it all together and defend himself with it.. it was a self-defense tactic... it is crazy how many people they put on the Nightly News that have absolutely no idea what they are talking about...

@Papi_Carl agreed, but equally no excuse to be a vigilante. Just a rumor but there is a chance the judge was helping her with a difficult situation, along with the mother. 🤷♀️
The men were friends. Sheriff could have been abusive at home. Judge gives his number to wife and daughter and says call him before you call 911. Judge doesnt want to get sheriff in trouble at work and avoid gossip. Judge thinks he may be able to talk sense into the sheriff. Just a possiblity. If daughter did have to make a call to judge out of fear, boom he has her number. We need to see who called whom, how long were calls and time of day. Did judge make calls to the dad and mom after speaking to the daughter?
@Papi_Carldo you have kids? Do those kids teachers have access to their numbers? Yes they do Do your kids work? The manager (older) has their number. Stop acting like someone having a phone number means anything.
@Papi_Carl Zero excuses? Maybe the Sheriff was a violent husband, the wife and daughter are afraid, Sheriff has all the power, but the judge is the only man in town who has more. The judge has offered to help this woman and her daughter, gives them his number and he takes their numbers. He tries to help these people leave. Sheriff finds out, sheriff takes the judge out.

My 1st thought was that the sheriff was being abusive to his wife and daughter and the judge was helping them to escape. That's why the sheriff said they were trying to kidnap his wife and kid.
He knew his wife was leaving him. His daughter did the motion daddy is crazy in the music video. No proof. Just not ready to think the judge was inappropriate. Judge was helping sheriff's family, unless you can irrefutable prove otherwise.
I saw a comment about this, don't remember where, commenter stated sheriff's wife and daughter was trying to leave him and needed help, idk, commenter stated they lived in that area and also spoke about corruption. In time maybe the motive will be revealed.
Goodness, the terror that judge had to experience within those seconds, knowing he'd just been shot and here comes the shooter again-his "friend" taking aim at him as he's wedged into the corner of his office. The judge flenches and tries to escape but to no avail-he's trapped like a wounded animal, shot, with nowhere to go and no chance of escape. He tries to make cover but sadly, he can only instinctively raise his hands to shield his head and face from the wrath of his "friend". I wonder the thoughts racing through his mind with seconds left- just to fathom it all before his last breath. 😳

As a reminder - the go fund me for the sheriff’s family states that the daughter was not SA so how about ya all stop blaming the victim (judge) who was EXECUTED.
It's a cover up by the sheriff's family. The sheriff's daughter doesn't want the public to know that she was sleeping with the judge. Judges have a lot of power on the bench. And this is a small town where most people know each other. That judge was screwing that girl. And she doesn't want to be labeled as the town whore.
Someone reported that the judge was helping the sheriff's wife and daughter to escape the abusive sheriff. When the Sheriff used his phone to call his daughter, who did not answer. Then he called her from the judges phone and she answered.
And IF this is true it obviously is fkn disgusting, but I'm just saying that if it's not its equally disgusting, but I just feel we need to atleast share if it's a fact or if we have evidence for either statement bc both are so serious
A man with a career like that and a family who full well knows the consequences, does not do something like this to a judge unless there was a real real reason!
It seems too easy to assume the judge was in an inappropriate relationship with the sheriffs daughter. The sheriff didn’t come in and punch him in the face or anything like that. I wonder if the judge had information from the sheriffs daughter regarding the sheriff, having an inappropriate relationship with his own daughter and the sheriff, wanted to make sure that the judge could not reveal the truth
The first runner up to judge maybe inappropriate with sheriff's daughter. But judge didn't look ashamed if it was that. He just appears to be explaining a touchy topic.....I would expect to see real shame....on his face...,
I believe the judge would’ve survived had he stayed quiet- read the filings, a witness heard someone shout “Help Me!” Following the gun shots, in the video, you can see the sheriff grab the knob to leave then suddenly turn and begin shooting under the desk. Just speculation, of course.
There could be so many reasons his daughters phone number was in his phone! If the daughter was a contact in the phone it would make it a little more difficult but not matter of fact that something wrong was going on. There has to be more to the story that the sheriff knew. It had to be intentional for him to use the judge's phone based on information he already had. I sure hope the truth comes out. Praying for all involved.
@@IeezecaI’ve heard the theory that the judge was helping the mother and daughter leave an abusive situation, in which case it may make sense. Something that hasn't come up in the news is that there was a serial killer on the loose the last 3 years. A few women who had been in the supervised released program started turning up dead. Some executed with a bullet to the back of the head. Some "overdoses" that were suspicious. The sheriff also was the only person trained to use their drug sniffing dog so he was involved in nearly all of the drug arrests that happened. One of women accusers who died was threatened by all the county officers. And her boyfriend was pulled over 4 times after he said he filed a complaint which the sheriff said no complaints had ever been made against him or any of his deputy's. Very suspicious. Looks like the sheriff started killing off witnesses once the lawsuit was filed in 2022 after the town was hit by a flood.

And IF the judge had one? That's becuz, Stines knows for sure he had a gun too!
There's only 2 options here. Either the judge was sxting the sheriff's daughter or the judge was helping the sheriff's wife and daughter escape his abuse. "They're trying to kidnap my wife and kid." says it's the latter.
No metal detectors installed until now after this took place and officers in uniform or in plain clothing are allowed to carry their duty weapon. That may have changed now also.
I disagree with your body language lady, yes, when someone goes back it does mean a attack is likely BUT I don’t think it has anything to do with “psychological distancing”, It has to do with the sheriff understand’s guns, some people assume if you are about to kill something or someone the closer the better but that’s simply NOT true, being too close can cause your shot to be off, being too close could mean a struggle, the sheriff in my opinion moves back to get a safer, better shot. Also, at first the judge doesn’t seem too worried like maybe he thought the sheriff was seriously upset, but I don’t believe at the very beginning that the judge thinks the sheriff is Really going to shoot him right there in his chambers, it isn’t until the sheriff locks his arms and takes his shot stance that the judge realizes this might really happen.
I have to wonder if the judge was helping the sheriff's wife and daughter leave an abusive relationship? Id hate to think there was a sordid affair between the judge and the sheriff's daughter. 😢
@jeffguybersen there are two Police departments, one was Kentucky State Police, that said the Daughters phone number wasn't stored in the Judges phone.

I think 🤔 that I could easily be a Body Language expert. Yes everyone else's body language is wonky, but because I am an Expert your body language is perfectly fine as long as you keep paying me to tell you that you have Perfect Body Language...

He stood up to block the judges exit.
It’s. Obviously that the judge didn’t fear for his life or he would’ve been armed
He was... someone got his gun... why he didn't pull it, idk! I know he was for a fact! And KSP lied, about them being 1st on the scene... Sheriff Walley Kincer was there, he worked there, next city cops Whitesburg, THEN KSP got there... SO who took Mullins gun? Did you realize HOW Stines lawyer kept questioning KSP about another gun? And IF the judge had one? That's becuz, Stines knows for sure he had a gun too!
is this a joke 😂
Very professional show. Love it!❤
When is the next court date.
There's only 2 options here. Either the judge was sxting the sheriff's daughter or the judge was helping the sheriff's wife and daughter escape his abuse. "They're trying to kidnap my wife and kid." says it's the latter.
Wonder if smoking in the courthouse is legal?
No.... Kentucky is like my Georgia they make the rules up as they go along.
thats a pen not a cigarette
@@ryanmclean5306 why is he holding it like one?
@@nicoledenning8090 i don't know why... but trust me thats a pen not a cigarette...
How did the this sheriff get by the court metal detectors in regular clothes!! Major fail. Should only be allowed if working security at court house.
They have explained that already.
No metal detectors installed until now after this took place and officers in uniform or in plain clothing are allowed to carry their duty weapon. That may have changed now also.
@@chrishensley33 thank you. I was a work and haven’t finished the video. 😃
Has anyone said that the daughters number was in the judges phone as a contact or was it in there because the sheriff tried calling it?
It was on the call log in another video I watched.
I completely agree. you are more of an expert that she is!!
I have to wonder if the judge was helping the sheriff's wife and daughter leave an abusive relationship? Id hate to think there was a sordid affair between the judge and the sheriff's daughter. 😢
No one wants to go there.....
He wouldn't need the childs number for that. He would only need the wife's number for that
@jeffguybersen there are two Police departments, one was Kentucky State Police, that said the Daughters phone number wasn't stored in the Judges phone. They stated that a camera above the Sheriff showed that he dialed the Daughters phone. That is how it got into the phone. It was not stored in the Judges phone it was dialed by the Sheriff!
@@teresafouts3382 haven't seen anything that matches what you're saying
@@jeffguybersenWell the family has already said the daughter wasn't abused by the judge, why can't you people get that through your heads? I can't imagine arguing that someone was molested when they deny it.

Ugh she is the one who believed Wendi Adelson 😂smh
She talked about aggressive and defensive instincts-those are pretty solidly established. She isn't counting EYE blinks.
@@MortgageGirl7 when I heard her say that about Donna, I was shocked and can't stand her ever since!! she's clueless
Hi Janine! love your work! been thinking about you and hoping to see you in action again soon🥰
Why is she shouting?
I can't stand when they have her on the show!
What if the daughter confided in the judge about some sort of abuse by her father. Heartbreaking and senseless
In all due respect, the woman guest talks a lot. What I saw was a man that didn’t feel like he was being taken seriously at all, and decided to checkmate.
Lol
What she said does not negate what you are saying. She left it open to being disturbed action. He looks determined, but it doesn't mean anything other than the judge needed to die. He's trained to dissociate. He made the decision to sacrifice his own life as well.
1:19 Wrong, there’s been two officers that have said the number wasn’t saved in the judge’s phone.
there is NO WAY I would ever move back to the USA. so glad I left in 1989
We r glad you left too
Didn’t your mother raise you right? If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all. Why would you say that? Do you honestly have the narcissistic belief that anyone here cares that you are glad about….anything? I’m not American, never been to America, but for you to think your opinion matters to everyone else in America, is about the most conceited thing ever lol. 😂
VINNIE, I worked there and can answer you a few questions! Yes Judge Mullins had a button under his desk, that he could had pushed!!! The black backpack is the judge's, he brought it everyday with HIS LAPTOP in it which was sitting right in front of him! He had paperwork in it from people going to jail over night and Kristie Williams worked with him to set peoples bonds & upcoming court hearings. Im NOT SURE whose brown backpack that is.... His desk was normally messy like that & he was a chain smoker & excessive coffee drinker, he loved it! His demeanor was cool, calm & peaceful all the time! I never seen him get mad or yell at anyone! I could only read a little bit of his lips and he said, in the beginning "C'mon Mickey," then I'm not sure if he said don't do it or stop or what the video goes so fast. I do want to mention this... KSP says they were there 1st but that's NOT TRUE.... Walley Kincer is a sheriff's court officer & he stays with the judge at all times! He was there 1st, getting all the people out of the courtroom because they were in the middle of having court, but took a break. Then Whitesburg City Police arrive on scene next, then KSP... so why wouldn't they, WCP, secure the scene? Do you see what I'm saying??? On the stand, the KSP LEAD INVESTIGATOR said they were 1st on scene. Also, I want to say... they were ALL REALLY TIGHT with Mullins. They'd come & hang out & what not Sit , smoke n drink coffee with him if they smoked n talk ... I'm pretty sure Mullins did have protection*** he just couldn't get it maybe!!!??? That part's just my opinion but everything else is the real, truth! Why didn't they read him his rights, interrogate him or talk to him about a lawyer??? They did all that wrong!!!! Thank you
Once a suspect ask for a lawyer you aren't allowed to interview them without their lawyer present.
And...One of the 3 women on the lawsuit, overdosed January 17, 2023, and her name was Jennifer L. Hill. Patricia Deatherage, 40 another complainant was found executed on July 31, 2023. But it all started when someone in the courthouse learned of the inappropriate exchange between Fields and Hill and had text messages between the two regarding the allegations. Fields grandmother was paying the phone bill for him and after heard the rumors that were going around she went and got a printout from the cellular company. On December 12, 2021, 82-year-old Lois Jean Rogers Trent was found murdered in her home. Two days after her husband died suspiciously. Patricia Deatherage's mother filed a complaint that her deceased daughters home was being burglarized but nothing was stolen. That someone kept breaking in looking for something. Deatherages mother, Angela Roberts, 59, was found executed on the side of the road March 8, 2024. Angela Robert's was Lois's niece. The deputy involved Ben Fields was her Grandson and Patricia's cousin. So either Fields is the murderer or the sheriff is. Or Judge Mullins was the one at the courthouse who found out about the messages after Fields grandmother told him about the situation, Mullins then put up a camera in his office to get proof of Fields doing it.
@@SmcsnacksI think that there is something fishier with the police in this town, than the halibut in S.F. bay…. 😮
@@Smcsnacks mickey never asked for a lawyer... NOBODY AT ALL, spoke to him about what happened!
@@ShayDay77 He didn't have too. The Judicial system applies what is called judicial deference. This means the cop already knows how the laws work and so they would choose the favorable route without being asked or making a statement. Judges draw this conclusion because of what they consider to be police expertise.
@Smcsnacks ohhhhh, I figured THAT MOMENT would have been their best time for interrogation, questions & and tried to get answers IF he would have given them... but his lawyer asked KSP if anyone even went to talk to him after he was in cuffs. He said no... I thought ??? (wtf) I know their NOT trying to throw this case on purpose, BUT I NEVER even thought if it like that, being Mickey already knows (due to his title)... I went up there after it had happened. Talked to everyone, and they all told me Mickey was talking and saying a bunch of "OFF THE WALL" comments... it's a sad situation! On both sides because they're BOTH great guys to our community... I thought anyway.
Sheriff is a pure coward and bully.
No one shoots someone he knows for no reason. Period
I still think there is a reason he snapped
Its definitely a secret that needs to be revealed
@@shannaholmes833 I know and it's driving me nuts wanting to know.
@@staceyeder322 me as well!! Lol we will have to follow this case. There is a pic of the daughter and mom in court supporting the dad. I’m really interested in knowing what the issue was with the daughter and why the judge had her number in his phone. Weird!
The judge was prepared because of the cigarette. It's either a show of power because he's smoking in a federal building OR out of sheer fear because he knows he crossed a line! He invited Stines to HIS fortress, so I'm definitely inclined to think it was the former! They both knew there was a silent camera there, so he probably felt even protected. Once that power gets taken away, he immediately tries to desecration deescalate. We need the whole video and a lip reader, and we could find out EXACTLY what the judge is saying. Women who have gotten their sobriety are now popping up posting videos saying they're no longer living in fear. One said she was basically forced to have relations with Mullins in his chamber! If walls could talk.
Next time use another Body Language expert! Shes not too good, imo. Use one of the guys from the Behavior Panel!,
or anyone but her! she is so useless every time she is on!!!
I’m sure the shooter’s daughter is saddened and angry that her father is now going to be separated from her. So what exactly did killing the judge do for anyone.
Why is she screaming?
her voice is like nails on a chalkboard along with useless info!
I think it's all in the sheriffs head, he had a psychosis of some sort (drug induced!?). Esp. since hearing that the wife and daughter have denied anything like what those rumours are pointing to!
So sad! And even if they were true it's still not warranted to go all in vigilant.
