I had such a random major hair fall episode that I felt I’ll go bald in months! The doc ordered a couple of blood work and it came down that I had a slight underactive thyorid. So no matter what I tried an followed whatever routine, the hair fall was consistent. I started taking the meds and things are better now! Hopefully they’d reduce more. Morale of the story: you never know what going on inside your body, go visit a good dermatologist or have regular check up with your family doc and monitor your self ! Cheers.

Try for something new but yes clinic plus and other big brands are waste in terms of oil and shampoo too better use natural oils made at home or just buy coconut oil and yes hair ko itna complicated nhi karna chahiye but bade baal jaldi najar mein aate hai chote baal kharab bhi hote hai still itna pata nhi chalta but for long hairs it needs care ...experiences se bata rhaa hu especially when u not able to hit your daily nutrients tab jyada issues hoti hai

I wanted to ask you some questions and i really desperately want the answers.
1- Do you only shampoo your hair after 3 days or you not even wash them with just water in those days
2- I suppose you workout everyday what do you do to handle the sweat do you still not wash your hair with just water and apply some kind of dry shampoo OR you just rinse your hair. I've started my workout routine and this thing disturbs me a lot.

3- I use hair serums on daily basis but all serums I use are homemade only containing oils like coconut almond wraoeseed jojoba oils and i apply around 2 to 3 drops of the serum. Now the thing which i want to ask is that if i only condition my hair in between shampoo days does the serum have any negative effect on conditioning like do i have to must shampoo my hair.

Shampooing daily with mild shampoos like the body shop banana and all or Johnson baby shampoo will cost nothing
I do workout everyday
I rinse hair with just water everyday due to sweat after workout and all
I oil and shampoo alternately.
Using serum daily
And sleeping without removing it may damage hair strength because oil absorbs dust and pollution so avoid it .
