@@LazyAssassin CJ can't climb ladder because Rockstar games added Jetpack feature to GTA San Andreas which is activated mostly by ''Rocketman'' cheat by players as well as you can get Jetpack from Verdent Meadows after completing all of the verdent meadows missions. They thought that Jetpack was a cool feature instead of climbing feature.
>Tommy can't swim because Renderware engine failed to make swimming animations. If we use swimming mods then you will notice that swimming kind of looks fake in vice city.
>Claude can't speak because due to the controversy of 9/11, Rockstar faced a lot of problems where they had to pay other companies so that can't file any complains against GTA 3. What i'm trying to say is that Rockstar gave money to protect GTA 3 from getting banned all over the world in doing that, they didn't had any money left which in turn, caused them to not hire any voice actor for Claude because if they had found any voice actor for Claude then they would have to pay that voice actor which would result GTA 3 into a disaster. Also, i think that childrens still exist in gta 3, only the models of childrens have changed in gta 3.

Brother you missed one thing that in GTA vice city stories victory can swim and drive car's in water but why can't in GTA San Andreas why CJ can't drive car's in water.

Sai Prakash that is because GTA vice city and vice city stories has a cheat code for swimming cars whereas GTA San Andreas doesn't have such cheat code

@@saiprakash2584 Maybe there is a cheat is the PS2 version but I have played PC version so as per my knowledge there is no such cheat in PC version of GTA San Andreas

Characters can't crouch because , in real life crouching like Tommy is possible but you cannot move easily . they did it ease up the movement
