FX 20 is a grinding machine for professional sharpening and production of industrial blades in large quantities and of considerable dimensions. It is available in grinding lengths ranging from 1500 mm grinding to 7100 mm and longer for special purposes.
The FX 20 is also available with a fixed magnetic chuck.

Electro-permanent rotating magnetic chuck (width 150 mm);
Grinding motor 15 kW (20 HP);
Segment grinding wheel Ø200 mm;
Quick change of the grinding wheel;
Manual lubrication of sliding blocks;
Carriage speed variable from 1 to 30 m / min with electromechanical inversion and with possibility to adjust the longitudinal carriage run;
Complete automatic working cycle programmable via digital controller (PLC);
Working cycle phases of roughing, finishing, spark-out, fully programmable;
Fast up and fast down and slow approach of the grinding wheel;
Axis of the grinding wheel adjustable from 0 ° to 3 ° in the longitudinal direction to the magnetic chuck;
External coolant tank and pump with flow rate of 140 l / min.
