Dear Doctor sahib, this is for your kind information that the H1b visa for doctors is not subject to cap it is rather uncapped. It is subject to cap for other occupations like IT professionals. H1B visa is subject to cap for the employees of the profit organizations only and not for the non-profit organizations. Since hospitals are non-profit organizations therefore the H1b visa they sponsor is uncapped.

The questions revolve around essential medical knowledge, including areas like the disease process, clinical examination and diagnosis, investigation, therapy, and management. Foundational sciences - clinical implementation for AMC 1, which is entirely MCQ based, and AMC Clinical is based on clinical content.

Step 1 and AMC are based off different curriculum, which is more similar to Plab 1. For AMC 1, it is recommended to take the test after your 12-month internship/hospital experience.
