@allscalerc Right! All rattlecans. I liked the look of the 1:1 and decided to paint this beast up. I'm afraid to run this body since the clear body doesn't hold up like the RTR body. I did a body for the Tekno MT410 same scheme but different colors, totally beat that one to crap😆
@just 4 kicks It's the Cen clear body for the Reeper/Colossus XT. I painted this truck. The Ford decals were from Proline Raptor body I painted up. It's the one on the Tekno MT410.
I got the 24 mm hex adapter's. I didn't order the center hex nut. I tried some I already had they fit on but not big enough diameter to hold wheel on.. I'm running Arrma 8s DBoots Backflips. Any link's for a good hex nut?
@Johnny Rc That's the downside. I don't think I've seen any other nuts that will fit other than the XRS Racing nuts. The tread on these extenders are very course. Maybe something out of the box may work like from Home Depot.
@Chris Watson Thanks Chris 👍👍 It's the clear Reeper body. They seem well constructed but I've never used this companies parts before. Goigng to have to seehow their metals hold up. I'll keep you posted on the extensions performance.
Hey I know this video is older now but was wondering if u had to do anything with the punch setting, or diff fluid with these tires? I got them and I think because of the high bite a peice in my rear diff broke. I also think it was the punch setting at 6? My diff fluid is 100/300/80 any advice anyone please? Lol and thanks in advance
@Carlos Gabin Thanks for watching. No broken parts yet from the install of the tires. I have a running video with these tires prior to widening the width. Check it out if you get a chance. No adjustments to the punch, pinion or fluid. Still running it stock from that point.
@Andre Lydian Thanks for watching👍👍 These are actually the Proline MX43's for the XMaxx. Only come in 24mm. Online your can find them at Amazon, Tower Hobbies, Horizon Hobby, Amain, and eBay. I believe Proline is only one that does have stock online from what I saw as of typing this.
@@andrelydian875 Thank you for the support! If you decide to go with these wheels you will need to widen the hole to get this fit. I just Dremeled it out.
@PatRickZone Happy to help out. Let me know what you are trying to do. For me the inner diameter is not an issue. The issue was the offset of these wheels with the previous 24mm adapters I installed.
I have after market wheels for my Xmaxx, I recently discover your video and channel and saw that you adapt the proline wheels for xmaxx to the Cen reeper. The inner diameter of Cen is 18mm and traxxas 12 or 13mm. I found the link to adaptor parts on the description. So apparently it will works :). The « hole » in the middle of the wheel is larger on the Cen wheels that’s why I was wondering about the adaptor specification.
Hey guys, i have the reeper and have been looking at going to a 24mm hex and either proline arrma or powerhobby belted tires, with your experience how hard have they been on stock driveshafts and steering componenents
@Brandon Daniels I've only put a couple of packs with these tires and wheels. No issues so far with drivetrain or steering but I'm not running stock servo either. You may want to consider temps but that has not been an issue for me either. I should have a video posted up on the channel with the 24mm's but before I put the wide ones on.
@Timothy Miranda T-Bone Racing. Not sure if they are still making them. It's currently Out of Stock. tboneracing.net/products/15091-tbr-basher-front-bumper-cen-colossus
Hey good review and mods, just a little suggestion. Can you switch the whole screen rather then put pictures in small screen. I feel when you doing work on it and talking about it you go through more problems and advice then just putting pictures. It’s never a simple story with mods.
Looks like a totally new truck! 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Cool video buddy! Always impressed how huge this beast is 👍
@Remote Addicted Thank you my friend👍👍
Hi what diff fluid do you run in this truck
@hippywildchildracing I haven't touched the diffs in a while. I believe I'm still running 10k in the front, 100k in the center and 5k in the rear.
what a nice looking reeper ! good job !
@stephane Z
Thanks for watching and much appreciated👍👍
I was thinking to get this truck. Thanks for the tips
@Michael Weikal Thanks bro👍👍 Needs a little bit to get it to this point but a solid option in the large scale MT's.
Nice looking truck
@yomomajumprcables Thank you, much appreciated👍👍
Looks super great with that body. Is it a precut XMaxx body? Assume you had to make your own holes?
@Steve Moon Thanks for watching! Actually this is a Cen Reeper clear body, not the Pro-line body. It does come pre-cut.
Hey dude where did you get your body with the ford licensed decals??

What body is that? I love this series. I'm wondering if those extensions will affect anything and bend or break easier. Great stuff!

I have similar extensions on my reeper and nothing broke so far

Hey bro i know this video is old but did the extended offset hubs kill your bearings?
@THEIRISHAXE Not at all. Still running the stock bearings.
Do you have more details about the adaptor to this rims ? Inner diameter etc. Thanks :)

Do your shocks leak
@tonesepulveda2728 Not since CEN provided the fix (o rings) but that was years ago.
@@ReadySetRC so just put new o rings and it should stop leaking
