I can! So that dark she-cat (Emberfrost) at the end had been training and trying to manipulate Snowfall into killing and becoming the leader himself. But he only ever wanted to rid the clan of a selfish, almost tyrant cat. Snow never wanted leadership, so he accepts a self proclaimed banishment. Emberfrost (who's actually dead (in Starclan) if that wasn't clear) is furious at her wasted efforts as she thought by becoming leader, she could still easily control him. She yells at him to come back and take his rightful place, but he still leaves. The kit at the very end is Snowkit, it is meant to represent that this didn't just happen overnight, instead if he was treated right, and Brookstar had loved him like a son, it wouldn't have lead up to this. I hope this makes sense! Let me know if anything else doesn't make sense! :D
