It is, but I think this mis-pronunciation is intentional, as repeat reference to something pronounced 'key' in an architecture discussion may confuse people into thinking the discussion is about security, connection negotiation, or similar topics ....so I personally allow creative license with this mis-pronunciation for clarity ...although I would have named it something less confusing if I was the product creator :)
Quay is pronounced ‘key’ …. Not ‘k-way’…
