    Great video mate been watching you for a while now. I’m in singleton and have just left the mining industry after 20 years and doing landscaping full time. Keep up the great work and hope to meet up some time.

    Plant doctor says their not foliar applications. Is there a reason you don’t wanter in until later? My understanding is that they are not doing anything by sitting on the leaf? Thoughts?

      @@theaussielawn activ8mate, seaweed.quantum, stimulizer. I was told to lightly water in if not using 12L of water to 100m2. Does also say that on their guide I believe… I could be completely wrong though.

    @aussielawn I’m about to renovate my SWB in Victoria. Still a few weeds about and a little patchy. Should I scalp or wait until the patches are gone?

    • @theaussielawn
      @theaussielawn  11 місяців тому

      It's really hard to advise mate as I cant see it. But If its actively growing and its getting full sun and a scalp is necessary then yeah go for it

    Nice info mate about shade, I face south and about to do Reno and keen on tiff tuff but worried about shaded areas and not getting best results out of couch, any advice of experience with tiff ruff in shade and will it thrive with about 5 hours in certain parts during warmer months, keen on using plant doctors products as well heard good reviews and seen some good results compared to these more expensive products

      Providing you don't want to get below 10mm in cutting height and have some sympathy toward it in the cooler months e.g keeping traffic to a minimum etc plus where you are lcxatioed will also be a key factor in its success

    When you’re spraying liquid fert on your plants and hedges, are you spraying the top part of the hedge/leaf, or are you aiming the sprayer down at the base of the plant/root base? Does it matter? Thanks

      Yea mate on the leaf, Thats where the reference to "foliar fert" it is applied to the foliage of the plant or grass

      Seaweed secrets and soil wetter as that supports the soil biome and aids water penetration, but otherwise just a good granular fert for native plants occasionally. Don’t think PD have a native plant fertiliser, but Neutrog Bush Tucker is available in 20kg bags which makes it reasonably economical. They don’t need a lot of feeding.
